Introducing The Little Shaman’s Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Clinic virtual intensive. Featuring three of Sister SinDelle’s most popular workshops and hours of information designed with the unique challenges of recovery in mind, this virtual intensive is 10 hours of information, skill-building and exercises done in five-hour blocks in two consecutive days. You must sign up for each day individually.

There will be a large amount of information covered and there are many exercises. You’ll want to take notes, so be sure to have pen and paper. The Clinic will be conducted live online over the Zoom platform. You can attend using the internet or by calling in on your phone. You’ll receive a link via email to attend on the day(s) of the Clinic. Attendees of the Clinic will also receive membership into the private forum for Clinic attendees.

Day 1 covers three of the most important skills for recovery.

• Addressing trauma bonds (2 hrs)

• Reclaiming personal agency (1 hr)

• Creating & enforcing boundaries (2 hrs)

Day 2 dives into repairing the relationship with yourself.

• Getting to know yourself after abuse (1 hr)

• Rebuilding trust with yourself (1 hr)

• Spiritual trauma & first aid (1 hr)

• Exploring your shadow (2 hr)

You will receive handouts, worksheets, etc. in PDF format when the Clinic is over. Please sign up with an email that you check so that you can receive important information both before and after the Clinic, including information about how to attend.
