How do you know so much about narcissists?

Knowledge is a combination of information/education and experience. I have a little of both. 

Why do you do try to help others? 

Dealing with pathologically narcissistic people is frustrating, confusing and painful. It's like being at war and someone's entire life becomes consumed with trying to figure out what is wrong with this person and with getting through to them. People are abused, mistreated, sabotaged and more. They feel trapped and stuck. It's living hell. This is a way of trying to give people tools so that they have some way to cope with the situation they are in.

Will you ever tell your personal story? 

The focus should be on the information, not the teacher. 

Can I talk with you 1 on 1? 

Yes. Visit the Contact tab.

Can I schedule less than 60 minutes? 

Less than 60 minutes is not usually long enough for someone to tell their story and get detailed feedback.

Can I schedule more than 60 minutes? 

It is preferred that you not schedule more than one 60 min. appointment a day to be considerate of others, though you can schedule more than one a week if you would like.

What does an appointment with you consist of? 

It depends on what it is you are looking for. They are all a little different.

Is video chatting available? 

No. Video chatting can be riddled with technical difficulties that will use up your allotted time.

Do you take appointments in person? 

Not at this time. 

During our appointment, will you tell me honestly whether you think I'm a narcissist? 

Yes, if you want to know.

What about international appointments?

International calls are taken through Skype only, and texting appointments are handled through Skype or Messenger.

Will you tell anyone what I've said? Do you record what I'm saying?

Absolutely not. All appointments are private and confidential, the same as if you were talking to a priest.

Do you work with children? 

No. You must be over the age of 18. 

Do you work with couples or families? 

If both/all parties are dealing with a narcissist outside the relationship (such as an in-law), yes. I will work with couples individually in some situations. I do not work with couples together on their relationship problems. No exceptions.

Do you work 1-on-1 with narcissists?

It depends on many factors. The short answer is, “Sometimes.”

Can I make an appointment for someone else?

Only with their express permission. If it seems they have been manipulated, convinced or otherwise coerced into the appointment, the appointment will not continue. It absolutely must be their idea.

Why didn't you answer my email, FB message or YouTube comment?

Unfortunately, it is just not possible to respond to all of the messages received.

Do you accept insurance? 

No. The Little Shaman is a spiritual helper.

Can I make a same-day appointment?

Yes.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cannot keep your appointment, please let me know within 24 hours. It can be rescheduled with no problem.

Will you tell me how to manipulate narcissists or get revenge on them?

No.

Will you give me legal or medical advice?

No.
